Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
House consider the Senate message (page 4017) on the following at

Establishing the Joint Task Force on Military Bases in Alaska.

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate              
amendment to HCR 32, thus adopting HCR 32 am S, and                            
recommended that the members vote yes.                                         
                                                                               
Representative Davidson placed a call of the House.                            
                                                                               
The call was satisfied.                                                        
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment
